We empty the space completely and make the volume visible before anything is decided.
Nothing gets organized around a quantity nobody has looked at. Everything comes out, goes into categories, and the duplication surfaces on its own. We ask when you last used a thing rather than whether you might need it one day, and we handle the donation run so the bags actually leave the house.

What stays gets grouped by how you use it, not by what category it technically belongs to.
Pantries zoned by meal instead of by food group. Kitchens grouped around the range, the dishwasher and the coffee. Entryways organized by person rather than by object. This is the step that decides whether a system survives past week five.

Only then do we choose containers, heights and labels, sized to what is actually going back in.
Products bought before the sort will define the system, and it will be the wrong one. We measure after the decisions are made, set shelf heights by who reaches for what, and label the shelf as well as the bin so the household can keep it running without you.

How we collaborate
Organizing is a visual job described in words, which is where the misunderstandings come from. Two people can both ask for a calm, simple pantry and picture completely different rooms. So we stop guessing and put it on a board you can see and add to.
We open a board after your free consultation and invite you to it. You pin what appeals and what does not, and we find out we have misread the brief while it is still six images on a screen rather than a system installed in your house.
It becomes the shared reference. Product options appear in context instead of as a list of links, and when two ways of handling a corner are on the table, we can point at what you already told us you liked.
The board stays yours. We add photographs of every finished zone before we close the project, so months later you can check how something was set up, or use it as a starting point for the room we did not do.
Never used Pinterest? We set the board up and you can reply by text or email instead. We pin on your behalf. The point is not the platform, it is agreeing on the result while it is still cheap to change our minds.

follow-up support
Every project includes two weeks of follow-up support after completion. The day we finish is not the day you find out whether the system works. That happens on the first hurried Tuesday morning, and we would rather be reachable when it does.
There is no charge for it, and no form to fill in. You already have our number.
Text or email us anything about the system while you are living in it for the first time. Most people have two or three, usually in the first week.
If a zone is not working the way we expected once real life hits it, tell us and we will rework the plan with you rather than leave you to it.
Sourcing one more bin, checking a measurement, or confirming that something will fit before you buy it.
