One Shared Bathroom, Four People, No Storage

AfterThe problem
What the household was actually dealing with before we arrived.
Four people shared one small bathroom with a single under-sink cabinet, and the plumbing took up most of it. Everything lived on the vanity top, the tub edge and the cistern, so cleaning the room meant relocating forty items first.
The process we used
Declutter, sort, optimize, applied to this particular room.
Under-sink space broken up by plumbing needs shallow, movable containers rather than a fitted system, so we used stacking drawers that clear the trap and pull out fully. Each person got a labelled caddy for their own daily items, kept on a shelf and taken down when needed, which is what cleared the vanity top. We added a narrow wall cabinet above the toilet for backstock and set a hard limit on it. Expired products, and the sample sizes nobody was going to use, came out first and made most of the room.

Before
One obstructed under-sink cabinet, every horizontal surface in use as storage, and cleaning requiring a full clear-down first.

Stacking pull-out drawers under the sink, a personal caddy per person on a shelf, a narrow wall cabinet for limited backstock, and clear surfaces.
The result
Surfaces stay clear because nothing has to live on them, and the room can be wiped down in a couple of minutes.
